Casababy provides a five (5) year warranty to the product owner from the date of purchase, covering the high quality of construction materials and the proper functioning of the product.
The company, as well as the store where the purchase was made, is legally obligated to replace or repair any part of the product found to be defective, provided that:

Warranty – Warranty Terms
Casababy provides a five (5) year warranty to the product owner from the date of purchase, covering the high quality of construction materials and the proper functioning of the product.
The company, as well as the store where the purchase was made, is legally obligated to replace or repair any part of the product found to be defective, provided that:
- The product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- It has not been altered or modified.
- No damage has been caused after purchase.
- Only genuine Casababy spare parts, approved by the manufacturer, have been used.
General Terms
- The warranty applies to normal, domestic use of the furniture and covers five (5) years from the date on the invoice or purchase receipt.
- Casababy commits to replacing or repairing the product, at its discretion, once an inspection confirms that the issue falls within the warranty coverage.
- The warranty covers furniture frames, including: headboards, side panels, crossbars, mattress bases, drawer fronts, drawer interiors, furniture surfaces, drawer mechanisms, hinges, and assembly/connection hardware.
- The warranty applies exclusively to purchases made through authorized partner stores (www.casababy.gr).
- An invoice or purchase receipt is required to activate the warranty.
- The customer must contact the store of purchase or Casababy within 30 days of discovering the defect.
- Transportation of the product for repair or replacement is the buyer’s responsibility and at their expense, unless otherwise specified by the company.
The warranty does not cover
- Breakage or damage due to abnormal use (e.g., an adult entering the cot with the child, violent throwing, impact, burning, scratching).
- Damage from chemical cleaning agents, exposure to moisture, or extreme thermal/environmental conditions.
- Defects caused by use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Base subsidence or connection breakage due to force or weight exceeding the permitted limit.
- Damage during disassembly/reassembly by unauthorized personnel (e.g., moving companies).
- Paint damage from impacts during use.
- Natural colour changes in varnished furniture (e.g., oak, beech, or walnut veneers) due to sunlight or environmental conditions.
- Consumable materials (e.g., mattresses, cushions, fabrics) unless they present a manufacturing defect.
