Can I return a defective product?
CASABABY ensures that the quality of its products is guaranteed, starting from our collaboration with suppliers and continuing through all company procedures and operations.
However, if a defective product reaches you, you may contact ANATELLO and inform our team about the issue you encountered. Our associates are always available to assist you. Initially, in order to avoid unnecessary inconvenience, an attempt will be made to resolve the issue over the phone. In this case, the return cost is covered by our company if the issue occurs within 30 days from the purchase date. After the 30-day period, the return shipping cost is borne exclusively by the customer.

Can I return a product that I no longer like?
Returns or exchanges of products that are not due to our mistake or a product defect are made at the customer’s expense and only if the product is in excellent condition, unused, in its original packaging, and within 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, shipping costs are charged to the customer.

More specifically, the following cases apply:
External – Cosmetic Defects:
Upon delivery, the customer is required to unpack and inspect the products to confirm the absence of external or cosmetic defects. If any defects are found, the customer has the right to refuse acceptance of the item and return it to the carrier. Otherwise, the customer must report the cosmetic defects within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the item. After this period, all related rights are forfeited. The COMPANY is obliged to replace the item with a new one within a reasonable period. If the item is accepted without reservation, it is considered to have been delivered in perfect external condition and free of cosmetic defects.
Product Returns at the COMPANY’S Expense:

The COMPANY covers return costs in all cases where:
• Products different from those sold are delivered, either in type or quantity
• The item arrives with damaged packaging
• The item is found to have a manufacturing defect (provided this is certified by the authorized repair service responsible for the warranty) or lacks a property previously agreed upon in writing with

the COMPANY
In the case of damaged packaging, the customer must refuse delivery from the beginning and request a replacement after contacting the COMPANY.
For returns covered by the COMPANY, products must be returned in the condition in which they were received and within the agreed timeframe. Any delay by the customer is justified only in cases of force majeure; otherwise, the right to replacement is forfeited.
In all cases, the returned product must be accompanied by all documents included with it (e.g., delivery note, retail receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging, unless the defect was identified after delivery and the packaging no longer exists, or unless the packaging was collected by the delivery service upon delivery.
Returns covered by the COMPANY will be carried out either through the COMPANY’S own transport means or through the same shipping method used for the original delivery (courier or transport company).

Depending on the case, returned products will be repaired, replaced, or the transaction will be canceled if the customer lawfully rejects the first two options. Provided the products have first been received and inspected by the COMPANY, refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by the customer.
Specifically, for credit card payments, the COMPANY is obliged to notify the issuing bank of the cancellation of the transaction, after which the bank will proceed according to the agreement it has with the customer. The COMPANY bears no responsibility for the timing or execution of the refund process by the bank.
For cash payments, if the customer selected “store pickup,” the refund will be made at the store from which the product was collected.
Refunds will be completed no later than fourteen (14) business days after both the product and the payment have been received.
If returned products are damaged or incomplete, the online store reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer, depending on the condition of the returned products, and may offset this amount against any refund owed.
Right of Withdrawal

From the initial submission of the customer’s order and up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the conclusion of the contract — or from delivery in the case of products (and, in the case of multiple items in one order, from the delivery of the final item, or for recurring deliveries from the first delivery) — the customer has the right to withdraw from the sale.
This withdrawal is without justification and without penalty. If the product has already been delivered, the customer must return it exactly as received, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging in excellent condition. The return is accepted only if the customer has settled any costs incurred by the company for shipping the item and the return shipping costs.
The withdrawal declaration must be submitted in writing or electronically, and the COMPANY is obliged to confirm receipt of the withdrawal request immediately upon receiving it.
Following the withdrawal declaration, the COMPANY is obliged to refund the amount received from the customer.
Refunds for credit card payments are handled as follows: if the payment has already been transferred to the COMPANY by the bank before the withdrawal and return of the product, the COMPANY will notify the bank of the transaction cancellation, and the bank will proceed according to its agreement with the customer. The COMPANY bears no responsibility for the timing or method of the refund process carried out by the bank.

For cash payments, if the customer selected “collect @ store,” the refund will be issued by the store where the product was collected.
Refunds will be completed no later than fourteen (14) business days after both the product and the payment have been received.
The customer is liable to compensate the company if they used the goods beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality before submitting the withdrawal request. The COMPANY reserves the right to agree with the customer on such compensation, including through mutual offsetting.
